Inc. is the copyright holder of a software recreation of every
Hebrew letter and vowel of the original Hebrew text universally
known as the "Torah" or "Chumash" or "Five Books of Moses."
(hereinafter "Torah Software").
A license
agreement exists between T.E.S. and Learning is Worship which
permits Learning is Worship to incorporate Dagesh, Inc.'s
copyrighted Torah Software into Learning is Worship's word-for-word
English translation of the Torah appearing on this website
(hereinafter "Translation").
Learning
is Worship, in addition to incorporating the copyrighted Torah
Software into the Translation appearing on this website has saved
each word-for-word English translation of each Hebrew verse of the
Torah as an Adobe Acrobat file.
Saving
each verse as an Adobe Acrobat file renders each translated verse
viewable without the need for the original software by which each
translated verse was created. This is accomplished by downloading
Adobe's free Acrobat Reader software.
One would
be violating the copyright held by Dagesh, Inc. if one were to
access and use for any purpose its Torah Software which has been
licensed by Learning is Worship and has only been utilized in the
each translated verse comprising the collective written work known
as the Torah.
Utilization of aforementioned material in any way, shape or
form other than viewing the files posted on this website is
prohibited. To prevent unlawful utilization of Dagesh, Inc.'s
copyrighted software which is embedded in each verse of the Torah,
Learning is Worship has saved each file as a security-protected
Adobe Acrobat file.
Learning
is Worship entered into a license agreement for the utilization of
Dagesh, Inc.'s copyrighted Torah Software for the express purpose of
enabling its Translation to be posted on its website. In posting its
Translation on the website, Learning is Worship grants anyone

other information posted on this website. If you wish to study the
Torah verses or other information posted on this website without
having to access this website, you may do so copying (downloading)
the electronic files to your own computer.

is Worship expressly prohibits anyone from utilizing the

organizational monetary gain, or as an incentive to induce people
towards whatever agenda it might conceive, or utilization as part of
